Training on TIMPs NAVCDP Training of Trainers Manuals
The TIMPS have further been unpacked during the development of Training of Trainers (ToT) Manuals, to provide training content for use in training public and private extension service providers and lead farmers. These ToT Manuals are instructional guides to be used for teaching and learning step-by-step procedures of implementing CSA TIMPs for the selected value chains. Extensive information from research and background data drawn from the TIMPs support the content, which is arranged in progressive modules. The delivery system, the duration of training, the partners and their roles and logical flow of the sessions are all taken into consideration in formulation of the ToT Manuals training design.
