OUTLINE OF MAIN GOAL

The Chemistry Section is focused on its main goal of contributing of coffee improvement through research towards reduction of cost productivity by at least 30% and enhancement of coffee quality and marketing both domestic and international.

BROAD RESEARCH OBJECTIVE

  • To achieve this goal the following broadly defined objectives have been developed and adopted:
  • To carry out research towards enhancing and sustaining coffee productivity utilizing low cost technologies
  • To address through research the growing concern to quality of commercial Coffee
  • To promote domestic coffee consumption
